History Matters

 helps clients nominate historic resources to the National Register of Historic Places by linking historic sites to larger historical trends on a local, regional, and national scale.

Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits and Evaluations

History Matters guides clients through the Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentives program, as well as associated state incentive programs. We evaluate the feasibility of tax credits and work with owners and architects to apply the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
